Nowadays everybody is trying to become more and more productive, but no one wants to spend time designing or creating a good tool to achieve this productivity. Today I’m showing you the ULTIMATE university template for NOTION, which allows you to organice al your work without the need of extra applications.

With this template you’ll be able to have all your important information in the same place, avoiding to install extra applications or paying subscriptions.

First level

In the first level of the template you’ll see three different sections: notebooks, projects and tasks.

The first one is just a hub to recollect all your subjects and lessons. This notebooks are 100% customizable. If you want you can add an extra database to store the different topics of the course.

The second one is just a tracking list for the projects of the student. Inside each project you’ll see (as it is shown in the next image) three sections to take notes of every important concept for the development of it. It’s important to mention that the second column (the one with the tasks label) is related to the previous database, so all the tasks introduced in this part will appear in the main page.

Furthermore, the user have a template button in the main page so the only thing that he’ll need to add a new project is to press that button.

Finally, in the third column we have a database for all the tasks related with university stuff. Although here we’ll see the tasks related with the different projects, this is not the only functionality. The user can add all the tasks that he desire, whether or not they’re connected to a project.

Second level

This level is the simplest one. Here the user can see his schedule for the week. As you can see it’s fully customizable, since depending on the university or the country it can change easily.

Third level

Finally, the user will have a calendar view to add all the important events, meetings, exams, expositions… related to the different subjects. The other calendar view that is available is just to show the previous task database but in calendar format.
